Christmas/New Year Schedule and Tournaments

No Classes Christmas Week (Dec 23-27)
We may have some open fencing during the week (day or evening) because we have several fencers getting ready to compete in the Capitol Clash.

Make Up Class on Monday 30, 2019
Monday, 6PM: All students from the Tuesday 6PM class
Monday, 7PM: All students from the Tuedsay 7PM class and Wednesday 6:15PM class, all epee students.
We may also have some open fencing during the week (day or evening) because we have several fencers getting ready to compete in Capitol Clash.

Things to Note:
The Charlotte North American Cup
Although nobody is competing, Coach Gerhard will be traveling to Charlotte, probably on Saturday, January 4, 2020. This is a good opportunity to watch some REALLY good fencing. If you have an opportunity to watch a National Finals Bout, they are set up really nice. Also, MANY equipment vendors will be there, including printers. If you want/need to purchase equipment, want to try it on, browse what they have available, or get your name printed on your jacket, knickers, or lame. Charlotte will be the place to do it. There is a spectator/visitor entry fee. If you have a competitive membership, no fee is required, make sure you show your USA Fencing membership. Otherwise, it is a $5 per day entree fee.

Capitol Clash:
December 18, 2019 is the deadline for the Capitol Clash.
Coach Gerhard is competing on Saturday, January 18 at 1PM
Isabelle Guevarra is competing on Sunday, January 19 at 1PM
Gabriel Guevarra is competing on Monday, January 20 at 8AM
