Rizal Open Recap
We went into the weekend knowing it was going to be a tough weekend and it was! We had great fencers from all over and some of our fencers got their taste of their first sanctioned tournament! Fencing people other than your teammates and doing tournaments help you get better. If you finished low at this tournament, it will get better with work! Some of our fencers that started doing sanctioned events last year are placing higher in their sanctioned tournaments.
I’m glad everyone got a chance to come out and I’m proud of the work everyone put in.
