Wilmington Tournament Results and Upcoming Tournaments

First, some good news (but there’s always good news, right?) We were awarded a micro-grant from the Hometown Revitalization Small Business Grant Program from Cool Spring Downtown District, in partnership with Duke Energy. What will be using the grant for this time, just wait and see!

Durham Tournament at Forge Fencing Academy

There are Epee and Foil Tounaments occuring at Forge Fencing Academy on Sunday, January 22, 2023. I see Seth Hopel is pre-registered. Coach will not be there, but Seth has fenced there a few times already. If anyone is planning to attend, please let me know so we can have equipment available. This is a sanctioned event.

Returning to Wilmington for Sanctioned Events!

We’ll be returning to Wilmington on Saturday, January 28, 2023 for the Old Man Winter Event. This will be a sanctioned event, there are foil and epee events. Max registrations is 28 per event. Epee is now at 20. Deadline to register is January 21.

Our next home tournament is on Saturday, February 11th! There will be events for almost everyone! Registration is $20

12PM: Beginners Mixed Foil (I’ve already talked to the fencers that I’m restricting from competing, so if I didn’t talk to you, sign up!)
