2023 Celebration of Life Weekend
A Celebration of Life for Coach Ron Miller was held on November 12, 2023 at the Koman Indoor Practice Facility. Team members, colleagues, friends, and family came out to celebrate Coach’s life and share his memories. The event was preceded by a practice with the team and dinner on Friday, November 10, 2023, and a Monogram Award winners picnic and Duke football game on November 11, 2023. Apex Fencing Academy
Thanks to Apex Fencing Academy for the opportunity for Ron to continue coaching when NCFDP had to close because of Covid. He continued the Zoom lessons until March of this year. Kriszti and Igor have been very supportive during difficult times. Coach became very close to the fencers and their families.
