Monday Advanced Competitive Class With Coach David

Coach David hosts an Advanced Competitive Class on Mondays from 5-7PM.

Students in the advanced class have earned competitive ratings and qualified for National Competitions.  His students regularly medal or place in the top 8 of their competitions as well prepared and have the competitive mindset for Regional and National competitions.

This 2-hour advanced class is designed for active competitors seeking the next level.   The class will include advanced conditioning, technical footwork, and structured bouting, with the goal of preparing athletes for advanced tournaments and national-level competition.

Cost: $40 per class
Payment made directly to Coach David (cash, check, Venmo, or CashApp), paid on-site the day of class.
(Schedule subject to change due to David’s Fort Bragg responsibilities.)

All students with regular competitive experience are invited to join the class.
