Update on Downtown Parking

Here’s an update on parking policies around the fencing school.

Good news is that parking on weekends will be free. This is great for our tournament days.

New parking meters will be installed on April 1.

$1 an hour to park from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday in several hundred on-street spaces in the downtown area. There will also be 50 cent for the first 30 minutes of parking in the on-street spaces.

The pay stations will take cash and credit cards, and people can use their cell phones to reserve and pay for parking under an app known as ParkMobile.
