On Strip/At Home Mini Training: Improve Speed and Reaction Time

Welcome to another mini training session for our On Strip/At Home Training Series.

All you need this time is a smart phone. Either an Android or an iphone.

Youll need to download a free app. On Android, we used IPSC Shot Timer, you can find it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stimer

There are free similar apps on iphone.

This training will use a shot timer to show you your reaction time. You will also need a partner to help you.
