USA Fencing Membership Renewal
IMPORTANT!: Make sure you renew your USA Fencing Membership. This is a requirement for All-American Fencing Academy as a USA Fencing Member Club for all students to be members of USA Fencing. If you became a member of USA Fencing after March 31st of this year, you DO NOT have to renew your USA Fencing Membership. No Classes On Thursday, July 28, 2022
Any fencers who have classes on July 28th are welcome to come on Wednesday at 6:15PM.
Tournament Schedule
We have a tentative tournament schedule available and we will be hosting several local scrimmages for our fencers to participate in. We highly encourage our fencers to participate in our local scrimmages! They’re fun and challenging!

Many tournament dates aren’t set in stone because we are still waiting for USA Fencing’s National Schedule as well as the schedule for other clubs in NC. But here are some definites that we are either hosting or participating in:
August 20, 2022 (AAFA Home Scrimmage): DJ Baby Bokchoi Open, 9AM Youth Foil, 12:30PM Mixed Open Foil

August 27-28, 2022 (Forge Fencing Academy): Big Blue, Senior Mixed Foil (Men’s and Women’s Events), Y12 Mixed Foil

Also, there is a large Circuit event in Myrtle Beach, SC in December. More details are on the tournament calendar. Several of our fencers participate in that event.
Online Referee Seminar
Lisa Campi-Sapery is hosting an Online Referee Seminar on July 27-28. If you have been refereeing in class, interested in learning to referee, looking to improve your skills, and possibly referee at other North Carolina events, we highly encourage this class! You can also earn a rating as a referee! Several of our fencers have taken the online referee class and have earned their rating!
This is an official USA Fencing Referee Development clinic. This will be taught online via Zoom. You must attend both days.
