March Week 5 Lessons, Resources, and Recommended Videos
We hope everyone is doing well now the North Carolina is under stay-at-home orders. We’re still able to get to the fencing room and make videos for you.
If you haven’t seen it yet, seen our brief update and thank you video, check it out, it’s only a minute long: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0IN-toyUM1k
Here is this week’s video. I’ve gotten a little more structured, the video emulates a full class, so it’s about an hour long if you follow along and do it with us. Or you can do a section each day to break it up. You can always go back to a section (like the footwork chain) and do that one each day.
(I recommend stretching beforehand.)

By section:
Remember in the bladework, I always start with exercises for fencers without weapons (these exercises are done by Liam). If you have a weapon or pool noodle, skip to the exercises with Isabelle and Gabe.
